All shows are recorded with 2 cameras in full HD. One camera remains on a wide angle covering the whole stage and the second gets close ups shots of each performer and pans across the stage. We take a direct audio feed from the sound board and also record our own room audio to capture applause and crowd reaction, they are all mixed together in the final edit.
For larger productions we can add additional cameras for a more varied edit, we can also attend dress rehearsals and plan our shots in advance of the recorded performance.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RECORD A SHOW?
We work on a minimum order quantity, once the minimum is met there is no cost to you!
For streaming & DVD options the minimum order quantity varies depending on the time of year from between 40-60 DVDs/streams per recorded performance. If the minimum order is not reached you are responsible for the balance to achieve the minimum.
E.g: If the minimum order is 40 and 35 streams are sold, the balance for you to cover would be 5 streams.
CAN I JUST RECORD MY SHOW FOR ARCHIVE?
Of course! We can create custom streaming and DVD options for all shows and also record solely for archive.

DELIVERY VIA VLIX.TV *RECOMMENDED*
VLIX.tv is our custom built streaming platform designed to cater for stage schools and performing arts groups. It’s easy to use, intuitive, innovative and secure. Our aim is to deliver high quality event video and make it easily accessible to all viewers on all devices and in full High Definition/4K.
Shows can be watched anywhere on any device: phones, computers, tablets etc. Shows can also be cast via ChromeCast and AirPlay and have performance/scene selection options to easily find the performance/scene you’re looking for – just like a DVD!
To order a show performers/parents will receive a link to register on VLIX.tv. When registering they will select your school and this means they will only see shows by your school. When a show is available to watch users can watch online, on any device, any time, forever!
DELIVERY VIA DVD
Each show will get a custom ordering link (eg: VLIX.ie/cinderella). Parents/performers can visit any time and order a DVDs and pay via credit/debit cart.
We’ll send an order confirmation email and also a dispatch email when we post the DVDs 4/5 weeks after the show.
